Mr. Jamshidi Interior Design Project — Gorgan

The Jamshidi project is one of Levante&#۳۹;s completed works in Gorgan, designed and executed in ۲۰۲۳. Built around a modern design philosophy, the project focuses on creating spaces that combine visual elegance with everyday functionality. The Levante team managed every stage of the project from the initial consultation through to final handover.

About This Project

The Jamshidi residence is located in Gorgan and was completed in ۲۰۲۳. The chosen design style is modern — a style that relies on clean lines, organized spaces, and contemporary materials to produce a calm and refined living environment. Every detail in this project, from color schemes and lighting to material selection and spatial layout, was defined and executed according to the client&#۳۹;s personal taste and practical needs.

Walk-in Closet Design

The walk-in closet is one of the most distinctive elements of this project. The design was developed around the client&#۳۹;s actual storage needs, with the goal of maximizing capacity within the available space. The closet features matte-finish sliding cabinets, internal linear lighting inside the shelving units, and full-length mirrors. This combination increases the functionality of the space while adding a sense of order and luxury. The color palette was selected in warm neutral tones to maintain full visual harmony with the rest of the project.

Materials and Color Palette

High-quality and durable materials were used throughout this project. The overall color scheme is based on neutral tones such as off-white, warm grey, and beige, maintaining visual consistency and cohesion across all spaces. The lighting design combines direct and indirect sources to ensure a comfortable and functional atmosphere at any time of day.

Execution Process

The project was carried out in clearly defined stages. Initial consultation sessions were held to carefully record the client&#۳۹;s needs and expectations. A full ۳D design and photorealistic rendering was then presented so the client could visualize the final result before construction began. Once the design was approved, execution started under the direct supervision of Levante&#۳۹;s technical team, with every detail implemented to a high standard. The project concluded with a complete walkthrough and formal handover to the client.
